Qu999 Terms & Conditions – Full Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between qu999 (referred to as "the Platform" or "we") and its members. By registering an account, using the platform, or accessing any of its services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.

Qu999 is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform. These Terms & Conditions are published in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.

The following requirements must be met to open an account and use qu999's services:

• You must be 18 years of age or older to register. Government-issued identification may be required for age verification.
• Each person may register only one account. If a member is found operating multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be terminated.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Opening an account under a false identity or with incorrect information is strictly prohibited.
• Keeping your account password and login credentials confidential is your responsibility. qu999 is not liable for any unauthorised access to your account by a third party.

Large withdrawals will not be processed without completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. A valid NID, passport, or driving license is required for KYC.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on qu999:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the member's registered payment method. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• If a bonus is active, its rollover requirements must be met before any withdrawal can be processed.
• If unusual transactions or money laundering are suspected, qu999 reserves the right to hold withdrawals and request re-verification through KYC.
• Deposited funds are solely for gameplay — no interest or returns are paid.

All bonus offers at qu999 are subject to the following general terms. Additional terms specific to each bonus may apply and will be stated on the relevant bonus page.

• Rollover requirement: To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager a specified multiple of the bonus amount. This typically ranges from 10x to 30x and is clearly stated on each bonus page.
• Bonus Validity: Bonus credits not used within 7 to 30 days of being issued will be automatically cancelled.
• Maximum Bet Limit: While a bonus is active, the maximum stake per single bet is limited to ৳500 or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower.
• Single Bonus: Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless stated otherwise on the promotion page.
• Abuse: If bonus abuse is detected, qu999 reserves the right to void the bonus and suspend the account.

All bets at qu999 are governed by the rules below. Once a bet is placed, it becomes binding and cannot generally be cancelled.

• Event Cancellation: If a sports event is cancelled or postponed, all stakes placed on that event will be fully refunded.
• Odds Changes: Payouts are calculated at the odds confirmed at the time the bet is placed. Any subsequent odds changes do not apply.
• Technical Issues: If a bet remains incomplete due to a server outage or technical error, qu999 reserves the right to void that bet.
• Live Betting: During live betting, odds can change rapidly. If the odds change before confirmation, you will be given the option to accept the updated odds.
• Minimum & Maximum Bet: Each game and event has its own bet limits, which are displayed on the relevant page.
• Accumulator Bets: In a multi-event parlay bet, if any single event is cancelled, it will be counted as 1.0 odds.

All casino games use RNG (Random Number Generator) certified technology. Every outcome is entirely independent and not influenced by previous results.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on qu999 and will result in immediate account termination and legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Manipulating or abusing the bonus system
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Money laundering or processing of illegal funds
• Threatening or harassing other members
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems
• Conducting transactions using false or fraudulent information

Qu999 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is violated
• If evidence of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse is found
• By order of a court or government authority
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (generally 12 months)

Members may close their account at any time. Please withdraw all available balance before doing so. For any remaining balance after closure, contact support@qu999.bet.

Qu999 takes the protection of members' personal data seriously. We use 256-bit SSL encryption and never sell or share personal information with third parties.

Qu999 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical issues, internet outages, third-party payment system failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• If a loss occurs due to a technical error in the gaming system, qu999 may provide compensation of up to the amount of the bet in question.
• Qu999 is not responsible for disconnections during gameplay caused by internet or device issues.
• Qu999 is not liable for account data breaches resulting from a member's own negligence.

Qu999 reserves the right to modify, amend, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be posted on the platform and sent to the registered email address.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes will first be referred to negotiation; if unresolved, arbitration proceedings will follow.
